Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time of your package depends on the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. This will vary based on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:
United States: 7-14 business days
Europe: 10-20 business days
Asia: 10-20 business days
Australia: 10-20 business days
Rest of the World: 10-25 business days
Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates that are outside of our control. If a product is being shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may occur, extending the overall delivery time frame.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Customers must ensure their shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may lead to delays or order cancellation. If our system detects address issues, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery

However, there may be delays due to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays.
We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues that may delay your order. Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by external factors beyond our control. However, we will always keep you updated on the status of your order and provide any assistance we can to help resolve issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once we hand over the package to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at cecilroycontact@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most courier companies have a claims process, and they may require additional information from you. We will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note we not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist in resolving the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered. In some cases, the courier company may locate the package and deliver it to you, but if not, we recommend filing a police report.
